Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator Training
Interested in building the skills and receiving certification to facilitate with the Lego® Serious Play® method?
Join us at the LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitation Training Course. We use in our trainings the five star training concept of Serious Work from London. The next open training in Finnish will be held in Espoo on 25-26 March 2020.
LEGO® Serious Play® - methodology is a radical, innovative and experiential process designed to strengthen organisations’ performance. The method enables quick access to the core of the issue at hand. Lego bricks work as catalysts - when they are used for building metaphors they launch processes of which partakers may have not been aware of. The method strengthens communication skills, harnessing creativity and commitment to partakers’ own work.
LEGO® Serious Play® method:
Brings all parties’ knowledge and experiences comprehensively as part of joint development
Opens up open discussion about key questions
Helps to define complex operating environments clearly and uniformly thus enabling streamlined and productive decision making
Commits parties to advancing change
Breaks down conventional structures and thinking patterns via gamification, which creates space for more diverse thinking
Visuality and narrative produce a strong memory imprint, which will support later stages of the project
LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator Training is a practice-based training where participants engage in facilitating sessions in turns and gain practical experience in the use of the methodology as well as learning from other group members. Participants receive real-life examples of cases in which the methodology has been used successfully.
After the training participants will have gained the required skill set, certification and confidence to facilitate sessions with the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
The training focuses on Level 1 “Individual Model Building” and Level 2 “Shared Model Building”. These are the foundation skills of the LEGO® Serious Play® process.
