LEGO® Serious Play® - methodology is a radical, innovative and experiential process designed to strengthen organisations’ performance. The method enables quick access to the core of the issue at hand. Lego bricks work as catalysts - when they are used for building metaphors they launch processes of which partakers may have not been aware of. The method strengthens communication skills, harnessing creativity and commitment to partakers’ own work.

LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator Training is a practice-based training where participants engage in facilitating sessions in turns and gain practical experience in the use of the methodology as well as learning from other group members. Participants receive real-life examples of cases in which the methodology has been used successfully.
After the training participants will have gained the required skill set, certification and confidence to facilitate sessions with the LEGO® Serious Play® methodology.
The training focuses on Level 1 “Individual Model Building” and Level 2 “Shared Model Building”. These are the foundation skills of the LEGO® Serious Play® process.
