Denison Organizational Culture Survey (DOCS)

Conducting an organizational culture survey based on the Denison Model provides a clear picture of what your organization needs to do to achieve higher performance. While organizations more commonly recognize that culture has a direct impact on performance improving quality, safety, retention, profitability, EBITA—it’s often unclear what changes need to be made to have the greatest impact.

The survey report provides results of the culture in visual, easy-to-capture form. In addition, through the survey, interviews and analysis of results in workshops, the underlying believes and assumptions of the organizational culture are revealed. This way the development actions are directly connected to the root causes that need to be solved, to enable sustainable organizational development.

With Denison Model it is easy to monitor the impact of the development actions through a lighter “Change monitor” –survey. Additional content modules are also available to track employee commitment, organizational innovation, employee engagement, organizational trust, safety, or risk management.

Analysing the Alignment between Strategy & Culture

The Denison Organizational Culture Survey allows the assessment of the cultural elements needed to execute against a strategy (for example: customer understanding, capabilities, collaboration, change, and learning). By looking deeper across levels and into key business units/functions, we are able to pinpoint where and how energy, resources, and influence should be used to help drive change. Denison #RESILIENCE Assessment

The #RESILIENCE Assessment provides you with critical insight into one of your most important assets — your people. Now more than ever, their voice will provide crucial data that informs internal policy, identifies customer needs, and daylights new innovations. The assessment is administered online and takes only five minutes for an employee to complete.

The #RESILIENCE Assessment uses scaled and open-ended questions to measure the following topics: communication, technology, well- being, customers and connection.

Denison Leadership Development 360

The Denison Leadership Development 360 measures a leader’s performance on a set of 12 leadership behaviors linked to high-performing organizational cultures. Based on the Denison Model, this 360 degree assessment benchmarks management and individual’s leadership skills to those of leaders in other organizations.

Importantly, the Denison Leadership Development 360 allows leaders to compare their own ratings to those of coworkers and to identify gaps in perceived strengths, weaknesses, and capabilities.
