Xpedio facilitated workshops related to the City of Rauma’s strategy work for the city’s leaders and stakeholders. The workshops supported the involvement of both internal and external stakeholders in planning ways to promote the strategy. They also strengthened dialogue amongst the leaders and other stakeholders, as well as a sense of shared responsibility for promoting the strategy. Xpedio has been training Puuilo’s managers in inclusive leadership skills for several years.
